Hi gbatemp!

I'm a long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a PS Vita on 3.55, and I'm having issues. I'd like to access the content manager but my PC (windows 8 btw) won't acknowledge it's there. Also yes I have tried QCMA and Open CMA R5. Neither of them will register my vita or allow me to copy any files. :(

I've tried the update blocker, I can't access the psn store without the error (NW-10743-5).

I fear if I can't get QCMA, or CMA able to copy anything, I won't be able to do the exploit. :( Should I just trade in my 3.55 vita and buy a new one hopefully on a earlier firmware?

You can't access any PSN features under the latest firmware (3.57). Do you have the USB cable / charger cable that came with your Vita?

Have you tried to connect through USB with "offline mode" and "disable wifi monitoring" boxes checked in QCMA settings?

I have everything checked but "disable usb monitoring".
I looked at CMA protocol version and it doesn't go up to 3.55, only 3.30.
(Sorry if I'm bothering you with all my noob questions! :( )

God I feel like an idiot.

I turned the wi-fi off on my vita and restarted it and QCMA worked just fine after that. I even got the save files I needed copied over. Now I just have to buy the exploit game and get going!

So sorry for bothering you, Voxel. Thanks for your help. :D
