Homebrew ARM9Loader -- Technical Details and Discussion

Can anyone help? Trying to compile the arm9loaderhax. I got python and pycrypto installed but I get this error.

FIRM0 done!
FIRM1 done!
make: python: Command not found
make: *** [sector] Error 127

I believe I added the variables.

Also created a new one ect.

Isn't the correct directory name Python27? (Upper case)

In windows i dont think its case sensitive. I thought the same thing and changed it. I keep getting the dame error.

Try moving python directory to the first position.
Maybe those spaces make the problem..

Okay i got it. Guess my install was bad. Uninsyalled python and pycrypto and reinstalled. Seems to be working.

Re download the Arm9Loaderhax Zip every time after a failed attempt just a personal preference but I think it helps stop errors

HUGE appreciation and respect for @PsyJED. Compiled arm9loaderhax.3dsx for me as I lacked the professional knowledge. Proud owner of 9.2 N3DS direct booting to ReiNAND 3.2 via a9lh. He was very direct in warning me of the dangers possible without a hardmod, so anyone willing to take that risk is running the brick risk of their own choosing.

Honestly wasn't that bad. I have never built or compiled anything. Googled most of my problems. Everything works great. I think if you follow the instructions and pay attention there will not be any problems.

Its not a hard process but it can hold lots of user errors

Don't upgrade your N3DS back to 9.2 with a gamecard (or sky3ds), it'll brick. Use decrypt9 with the browser. https://gbatemp.net/threads/otp-guide.415140/page-19#post-6084203 or wait to see what the OTP guide will say regarding this, it's supposed to get a major update tonight.

Yes you will have the Spider Browser so you will be able to use Decrypt9 With the special payload to restore NAND
