Mario & Luigi Dream Team. I tried hard to play it, but I just couldn't get into it.

SMT IV. I particularly hated the combat system even though I am a huge fan of rpg.

Oh man, the combat system in SMT IV is probably one of my absolute favorites. Its complex and very unforgiving. On my 3rd play through right now. Haha.

Star Fox 64 3D. Awful controls from my point of view.
Cube Creator 3D. Idk, there is no goal in that game (like Minecraft) but unlike Minecraft where you have tons of ideas of what to do, here, you have no idea what you can do.
Ironfall. Yeah, I didn't get the game for the game obviously, but I still gave it a try. Well, awful voice acting, ridiculous armor design, awful controls, basic gameplay. Nope.

Monster Hunter 4: I find Monster Hunter super boring, they are just fetch quests with no story
That's a problem with all MH games. They all start with a sh*t ton of stupid quests where you gather herbs and shrooms for a village of junkies (or maybe that's not the reason, but I have to make up the story since there is none, as you said) before the real game starts. But once it's starts, I can tell you it's VERY different to just gathering bullsheep. Not saying you'll like it, just that even MH fans hate these quests :P

I quite like MH4U, I've put about 80 hours into it which for me is a lot but for Monster Hunters is apparently nothing, and I'm only HR 6 or 7..
Regarding those intro quests, I actually love them. Not the boat thing, that eats cock. But gathering herbs and what not. Unlike an MMO where such quests would just be to deliver them, in MH they're for you to use and that appeals to me. I always like the idea of starting out poor and shitty then working your way up, so running out to the field to gather those first items feels really satisfying to me ^^

I like MH4U too, I have more than 500 hours on it :P
And yeah, we agree that the Dah'ren Mohran quests are stupid, especially the first one. That was probably an attempt at putting a story in the game.

It's true that it's better to gather things because you need them instead of because people asked you, but still, the game is called Monster Hunter, not Herb Gatherer. So yeah, obviously do what you need, but it's still not what you paid for. And you'll see when you're in G-Rank (or even before) that gathering will look more like a chore. You still need things, and in great quantities (not just 10 herbs, 10 shrooms and 10 honey, but more 100 of each), but you also need a hall to hunt monsters (you can't reasonably go alone), and you can't tell other hunters "wait a minute, I need honey". That's why they invented the wycoon, because ok, you need honey, you need to know how to gather some, but now that you know this, want to hunt and need tons of things, just let him multiply honey while you hunt.

So yeah, like them or not, to each their opinion, good for you if they don't annoy you ;)

But still, one shouldn't judge the whole MH4U based on these quests, they are not representative of the game. I understand they are repelling, but people should just pass them quickly then discover the real game.

I actually played for several hours and really gave the games a solid try. I just find them boring and lacking anything real to grab onto.

It is,indeed. One of the turn-offs for me, I guess. I have no time to learn complex things. Lol

Spirit Camera - The Cursed Memoir

But actually I finished the game in that single 3-hour session. :ha:

Plenty of demos too, but since it asks for the ones we bought, only that one.

I think the only game I barely touched was 3D game Collection 55-in-1
Holy shit it's bad.
Basicly The same games, with a few different reskins.

Otherwise, Super Street Fighter 4 3D.
I suck at fighting games, hated the game on Ps3. but after 3-4 years without touching the game. I decided to give it a try.
Arcade mode, Easyest dificultie, barely even able to finish it.
Welp. Fuck it. I just have a game added to my collection now, never gona touch it again. :B

Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
I played it almost all the way through and didn't really like it, then I heard what happened at the end which honestly had been the only reason I was playing it for so long.

Shin Migami Tensei. I hated that game. Lol
But I find Devil Survivor okay. I might just play it to the end
Smt iv is like one of the best game i ever played, especially the story. The game is solid 10/10 to me. Really hyped for smt iv final.

Ironfall. Thankful for the demo mode saving me all the money. Plus, useful for homebrew!

Steel Diver Sub Wars. I appreciate the F2P attempt, but it was... A weird choice for a debut of the format.

Azure Striker Gunvolt. Not the successor to Megaman Zero that I hoped it to be. Got way more mileage out of Mighty Gunvolt I got for free with it, though.

Starship Damrey. Talk about an overhyped game, definitely the weakest of the Guild series.

The framerate in this port is sadly what kills it. It goes from buttery smooth to being incredibly choppy as soon as you start moving in pretty much every level, and it just feels lazy and looks awful.

Funny enough if you try it through HANS' overclocking feature of the New 3DS clock feature in NTR CFW, the framerate becomes buttery smooth everywhere and it becomes a much, much better port.

Not sure if it counts, but the only 3DS game I've never touched once is some sort of Indie title called Skydive or something like that. Bought it for a couple of cents since I still had some money left over, but I still haven't touched it.

I also bought but haven't really touched Bravely Default. Tried playing it twice and stopped very early in. I kind of want to play a more traditional RPG and it looks like a good game, but I just give it up pretty quickly for some odd reason.

the problem with bravely default is its battle mechanic. outside of boss battles, you'll constantly set up 4 brave attacks and autobattle, rushing through every battle at top speed
while boss battles are stupidly hard by virtue of every boss having 20 times your hp and the first time, you often get mashed cause your job/skill setup is faulty.
afterwards, its easy but still takes forever until you update norende and get op equip.
currently playing it again.

- as for myself, i wish i could say monster hunter 4, but i gave the game way too much benefit of the doubt only to give up on it in the end.
-pokemon rumble world. not even with free gems.
- plague knight mode in shovel knight.
- mirrors of fate.but i want to come back to it one day

Donkey Kong Country Returns - I think I may have grown out of the nostalgia for this series :( I used to love Donkey Kong Country 2 on SNES.

Ocarina Of Time - Never played the original on N64 and i bought it to see what the fuss was about.... Meh, I would of been happier with a port of Banjo Kazooie. Blasphemy, right?

A bunch of other 3DS release titles that aren't worth the 8 bits of data per letter spelling them out in this post.
