Okay , I kind of get ur point, but I take Hykem
s answer as a reassurance, so everyone won't expect a release date(I bet Hykem will release before, 1 wii u5.3.2? )
Because it's the Smeagle we all know and love, you can fully expect him to cut off access to anything meaningful for the better part of the year if not longer. Though the fact that Hykem and his clique have refused to clarify what exactly that "obfuscation to prevent piracy" quote meant doesn't inspire confidence in his work either.
I'm not tired of waiting after Hykem .. the only thing I'm tired of is seeing a bunch of douches shitting on devs and being responsible this mess. Smea and Hykem are not enemies or competitors, quite the opposite and it turns out that smea has more time than Hykem to work on the Wii U right now and he mentioned that we shouldn't expect a release any time soon. Hykem is a great dev and a cool dude and you haters have a lot to do with him pushing the release further. Go make your own exploit or stfu.
