Maybe I'm on the wrong thread(? idk)
But I'm almost finished with my GUI for FunkyCia2 (if anyone is interested in)
Here is a picture:

Will create a new Thread when it's finished.
Java? Really? You're requiring users to open themselves up to 0days. Anyone that keeps up with this stuff knows that Flash and Java are the worst two frameworks to have installed. Good job. I mean, Oracle and Adobe release security patches like, once a week because they are riddled with security holes. At least learn C#. Others also need to realize that aesthetics ≠ good. I respect your efforts and all, but keep up.

Java programs normally have access to as much as any other program. you're probably talking about the browser plugin which itself is being phased out. this clearly is not an applet to be used in a browser. I don't see where your complaints apply.

Nice quick Google. The JRE sandbox can still be broken out of easily. I'm not gonna spend the time compiling some shitty RAT to prove this point, but the Web plugin isn't the only thing affected.

Example: https://github.com/java-rat

It might generate EXEs now rather than JARs, I don't know, but that's irrelevant. The EXE would still depend on Java, just like .NET malware depending on that framework.

Ok guys, I'm searching for testers. It's not finished, but I need them later.

Need someone who has:
  • A Linux, Mac OSX or Windows
  • Java 8
  • someone who can dump his ticket.db
  • someone who has a preinstalled game on his 3ds
So that means I need at least 4 testers.

If someone want to test (and fulfills 3 of the 4 conditions), please let me know.

I've got OS X and can dump ticket.db (and use Java 8), if you want me to try out tomorrow whenever needed. I've used FunkyCIA2 to download several things

I think installing a legit CIA then dumping ticket.db let me re-download it with FunkyCIA2, but I don't know how that works exactly.

Ok nice, but I don't think so that I'm finished tomorrow. Need to complete my program first.
Added you to my list, further instructions will come via pm.

Why is everyone attacking @100pcrack ? Yes, his tool was not a GUI but it was aimed to make thing easier. Unless I missed something, the level of "assholeness" is incredibly high on this thread!
Nothing :)
(you have to open the "removed" spoiler at the bottom of the page, i don't know how to direct link a comment from reddit)

I can test too. I literally used FunkCIA for the first time this week and think this GUI looks great!
I'm on win7, have a dumped ticket, not sure if I've still got java installed but I can re-install it... and does the Welcome Version of Tomodachi Life count as a pre-install?

If the "Welcome Version" was preinstalled then yes. Added you to my list.
Ok I think I don't need more testers.
