Okay, guys. I fixed some baked-in control bindings that were giving myself and some other people some trouble. Here's the revision:

[CIA] https://mega.nz/#!WhIAjLJZ!2vnZ8Elgm4RsIDJe90s0dd3ROiFfnlPqnqC0dhORwYY
[Source] https://mega.nz/#!C4JRxRyB!3lENiMKxfN1LdP3xncV5_n3KYmH3lT_j8IVz4U9f__E

If you've already installed it, I recommend you go delete the previous CIA and install this new one, as well as overwriting eduke32.cfg and settings.cfg with the new versions included here. Given that everything is still saved in /3ds/Duke3DS/, it won't mess up any saved games you might have.

Keep an eye out in here, as my next task is to get sleep mode working. See you on the flip.
Oh fantastic stuff! One less thing to have to load the Homebrew Browser for!

No *.3dsx ?

Pip'

I would wait until tonight if you can. I've fixed some more things and will (most likely) have a newer version up in a few hours. I'll throw the .3DSX in for you, too.

Would I need to reinstall the cia and replace files as well?

It's going to take a little bit longer than I thought, so hold tight. To get the features I want, it has to be compiled with the newest version of ctrulib, which has broken the game's ability to save. It just locks up when you try. MasterFeizz, the creator of this port, thinks it has something to do with how newer ctrulib handles file I/O, so I'm digging through code trying to figure out what's going on. It's just gonna take some time...

I'm not sure about how the game handles DLC, but I'll try it out and see. If it worked with MasterFeizz's original, it should work with this tweaked version.

It will require reinstalling the CIA and replacing files, yes, and I'm not sure how it'll work on the O3DS. When I've figured out saves, I'll try it out on my girlfriend's and see if it plays alright.

Go get the CIA zip I posted earlier, you'll need those files. The vitals are already in the required folder structure. Should be /3ds/Duke3DS. Rename the 3dsx to Duke3DS.3dsx and put it in that folder also. Should be found by Homebrew Browser like that.

Jedi knight :P that was a great game
If I recall correctly, the first JK game runs on a modified version of DOOM. I thought that maybe DOOM and Duke Nukem 3D are similar, right? (Probably not :P)
Either way I just realized it might work in the future anyway with DOS emulation on the 3ds.
