Hacking Installing fbi installer in sysnand.

Long story short I got fbi isntaller on emunand but not on sysnand. I have tried booting in rxmode sysnand and using the browser exploit to install using fbi.3dsx but unfortunately it doesn't give me the permissions to install it to the sd card.(I installed to nand like a month ago on some lols didn't harm my 3ds though) Anyways when I go to check TMD it only tells my my region is USA,I remember it being more specific on my o3ds.

When I try to install fbi.cia to sysnand it tells me summary wrong argument. It will tell me this for any cia i need to install on SD card.

pretty sure you're supposed to inject fbi into the health and safety app using rx tools inject menu.
anyone have the right tutorial at hand?

Lol,I know how to do. Problem is RXtools is only giving me the region and not the full version when I go under the rxtools check TMD. So if I click Check TMD on rxtools it only gives me the Region.

I don't recall telling you what you could or could not post, I only agreed with what @yusuo said.

By the way, boot into CFW on sysNAND, then from CFW sysNAND boot into the HBL and use the .3dsx version of FBI to install FBI.CIA (or another CIA manager of your choice) to sysNAND.

I already tried this as I stated on my post and it was a no go.

Have you tried using something like pasta or minipasta? I used minipasta and it worked.

Funny story you act privileged. Your not. But if you had a little look for yourself you can inject fbi into a nand back up and restore that image, search the forums

"Someone above had the same issue. I think it's because you're using the wrong FBI program. Only legit CIAs are installable from HBL. I recommend injecting FBI into your emuNAND's Health&Safety app using rxTools. I wrote down instructions above in this thread."

I am privileged with the etiquette to know how to treat my fellow gbatempers. It is my pleasure to help others out,not a nuisance like it is for you and many others here. I already have a nand backup but I do not want to reflash my nand for fbi loader.Does not seem plausible.On my o3ds I was able to install fbi over health & safety.

minipasta ended up working on the 3rd try,I appreciate the help but please keep in mind that I had already tried this 3x and I just got lucky. Anyways thank you for the help,it is greatly appreciated.

Not every part of the internet is the same,different forums have different rules. This one isn't about making fun of people though,it is a nintendo hacking scene primarily. I have been here a while and things have changed,we didn't have as many smart assess when I was here for the wii hacking back in 2008. Plus I came back about 8 months ago,with that being said. Ultimately,what ended up resolving my issue was a comment posted here and I could have spent hours on google and still not found the answer provided here,why assume I didn't check google before posting?
