Hacking Export digital ACNL save to another digital ACNL game

I'm going to format my n3DS, and that'll delete all save data : How can I keep my ACNL save in order to put in back on emunand later ? I read you need to fix a secure value or something, but I can't find a proper way to do that. Thanks.

Just let the program autofix it, you don't need to do anything.
