Hacking [Problem] Emunand Region Changed. Freeze in settings the first boot

I changed my Gateway EmuNand to JPN (From EUR).
Success, I did an Emunand System Format, reboot and re-launch the EmuNand, and in the first boot, my N3ds freeze here:

Someone know why?
