Yeah I am reading thorough it all a couple times before I attempt it plus I still need to double check that the downgrade did happen correctly

Yeah I double checked the MD5 and it matched up

Have you started? I just realized Reinand is only for n3ds. Everything else works, but will have to use rxTools

No I havnt, parents visited I just got to that part while reading and saw that it was talking about n3ds, so should I just use a rxTools setup when I get to that point?
are there better options? also will I have any problems playing backups/out of region CIAs in rxTools?

So follow that tutorial, but use this boot.cfg, and boot.3dsx (inside the tools.zip)

Also do not install reinand, since it won't work. install this rxTools folder (inside tools.zip) to the root of your SD. Already has firmware.bin file

Once you get to the purple screen select rx tools and the first time it will say setting up it will take a little then reboot. Once it reboots select rxtools again and thats it. If you get the red and black screens just hold (whatever button you set for menuhax) right after you select rxTools. To boot, then select boot to emunand or press y (again holding whatever button you set), and change themes which will break the menuhax problem and boot normal after that. I hope i explained myself, if you have any questions I will be around (:

In other words don't download CtrBootManager-1.2 and don't download the boot.cfg from the tutorial's post.

This replaces the boot.3dsx in CtrBootManager-1.2

And the boot.cfg in the post that replaces the boot.cfg in CtrBootManager-1.2 lol hope it makes sense

For what ever reason I cant get the Homebrew Launcher to start up, I go to the browser hax page like when I was downgrading but nothing happens.
