Got it from douwan and uploaded here. Just update bootNTR, no need to change ntr.bin.

Can confirm working but boot rate is not 100%. If 3ds shows a notice like "an error has occurred..." after returning to homemenu, you need to reboot to emunand before trying again.

Not booting on Reinand 10.3.

Reboot emunand and try again. The boot rate is not 100% now. Wait a while before launching bootNTR may help increase booting rate.

Well, as a placebo, I updated reinand.. And it works. Good enough for me.
