I used TinyFormat to separate sysNAND and emuNAND files. With the 3D slider up, I get a double image, but while the slider is clicked all the way down, it shows it's flat 2D render using the 3D paralax mechanism (darker, filtered looking). What do I do from here, will running TinyFormat again just reverse it to it's intended orientation?

This is an issue with RxTools or whatever emunand CFW you're using, not TinyFormat. If the developers of it knew how to fix it, it would be fixed, unfortunately. It's only a small issue, though.

Good to know that it's a known issue then. Hopefully it gets fixed one day, but it's not much to complain about I suppose, just thought it might be something I should worry about. Now since you said it's an issue that isn't caused by TF, then why was it that when I booted into emuNAND before the format that it was normal?

it still wouldn't be normal; I think with 3D off, it would look dimmer, and on would disable head tracking. closing the system still fixed it.
