Homebrew Problems with EEPROM Sky3DS

I tried writing a whole bunch of games to my new SD card today using DiskWriter V2.02 but there are a few games that simply do not show up at all when swapped to their slot using the blue button.

There are three games that do not appear on my O3DS system:
- The Legend of Zelda TriForce Heroes
- New Style Boutique 2 - Fashion Forward
- Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer
Obviously they all have in common the "EEPROM=NO" attribute, but I was let to believe it wouldn't affect it as Animal Crossing - New Leaf loads, plays and saves just fine.

These are AP games you can't play them without getting the super cool special awesome one time deal no money back super scam "orange" card.

Sorry, you're referring to the Sky3DS+ right? What is an AP game and why was that card considered a scam?

AP refers to Anti-Piracy I believe. If I remember Nintendo implemented a new anti-piracy check which those games you listed require. While the gateway and cfw have updates to bypass these checks, the older sky3ds cannot. So the sky3ds+ is needed to play these games from my understanding. As to why it is a scam, I'm not sure if it's the fact that they keep releasing new versions of the cart or if it's something else.

Your best option is sell your sky3ds as fast as possible and downgrade to 9.2 to install cfw.

With the current sky3ds you have, I don't think there's anything you could do for those games.
But, a few days ago downgrading became possible for O3DS and N3DS. So you can downgrade your O3DS from 10.3 to 9.2, then install rxTools custom firmware, and play pretty much any available game right now(almost). You could do all this without buying anything else.

I did this myself on my N3DS and am successfully playing all the games I want, no cartridge needed!

Do note that when the new sysupdater was released there were some people who got their consoles bricked because of it. Since then, however, I believe the latest version of sysupdater people are using can only cause a softbrick which can be recovered from fairly easily and the success rate is around 90%. If you are interested I can provide the relevant links.
