You can change emunand region, but it's much easier to just use a region free method.

It's possible to change the region of an emunand that you create after downgrading BUT! You must downgrade using the update pack from your region! In your case US. If you downgrade using the EU pack you will brick.
well I wanna do it so i can run oot hax incase that brows or menu hax wont work anymore
