Homebrew SocketPunch v0.3.4 Not installing cia's

I've been trying to install super smash bros using socketpunch for fbi for the past 5 hours now and each time through the process it would give the same error and refuses to finish.
Description: DESCRIPTION_MISALIGNED_SIZE (0x3f2)
pls help.

lol this is the third "different" smash CIA ive tried.

I think there's a thread to MD5 hashes to check if a CIA is legit/modified or not.

Did you grab it from "that one ISO site"?

ive tried "that one", another reliable site, and a random mega link i got off a forum.
whats the app for that? I would give it a try.

Installing CIAs wirelessly is not stable, I had the same issue, you'll just have to install them from the SD card directly.
If you had done that after the first error you would have been done hours ago

^^ exactly, I can't even install a 500mb cia without getting an error. The biggest I was able to install was around 300mb, and that took ages.
