Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Weird. Did you tried recovery mode?

In this case I wonder what happened, as many people here has reported installing all legit cias without problems.

I tried but I might have done it wrong, I ended up opening it to check wires and accidentally snapped the Analog ribbon. Its a easy replacement I guess, I need to transfer my NNID soon I guess too.

Does anyone know why every time I get a "functional" Done (ie, you press a button and do something instead of frozen), pressing the button the screen stays black? I read that yes, it can be one of the possible faults to be very unstable Memchunkhax2, but I think that's something the FBI and I touched noses, being of the few times he gets run black screen stays and do nothing.

I tried to leave the console and a while just in case something came at the end, but nothing. ; _;

Short, stupid and probably not really related question but is there a way to start an out-of-region installed CIA on an european 3DS?
I installed the Flipnote CIA (which is Japanese) and also tried someone's region free patched one which both just resulted in it closing and saying "An Error Occured".

Is there a region free launcher for installed titles?

your only option is to try, try and try some more. it happens a lot

Yeah, it's quite complicated to get past it but it's totally worth it.

Okay so this thread is for 9.3 and above, while the FBI thread says not for above 9.2, I tested it but it's not working, as I get DESCRIPTION_INVALID_COMMAND...

Specs:
O3DS - USA
Shufflehax
Smeau's HBL
Installing a Legit SMB2: GE

FBI Worked on the first try.

Use the eject trick. I am sure it works on every type of console. o.o

The only things you can do, is the cartridge trick

1. Start HomeMenuHax
2. Run ftBrony and quit with B
3. Put a cardridge
4. Open FBI
5, On the Blue bottom screen, remove the card
6. Spam A

It's the only trick working with me!

yup, i took me like 30 min or more today, but i successfully installed mario kart 7, new super mario bros 2 and mario 3d land. now only to wait for youkai watch.
now i have:
Pokemon alpha sapphire
Fire emblem
and the three marios i mentioned above
i had luigi's mansion as a cartridge before and i don't think i want to play right now
i might download pokemon y and monster hunter. but not today.

I've been tryi to do this for ages, ahh. O3ds, Menuhax, 10.1. I have a .CIA for Super Mario 3D World, but when I actually got into FBI, it failed to install. Invalid signature? Is the CIA I got not valid ?

Not necessarily a cheap one. It's a kingston after all, but it has 3 years of being used on other electronics.

Weird i am using a kingston one too and was quick for me.
