Hacking Help with booting rxTools with Menuhax

I followed a guide and installed menuhax it boots into Homebrew Launcher like it's supposed to but when I add the CtrBootManager to boot rxTools it gives me this error (Err:Couldn't load arm9 payload...)

does anyone know how to fix this?

Just put this rxboot.3ds on your SD card. Rename the boot.3dsx from the HBL to HBL.3dsx and rename the rx one to boot.3dsx. It will automatically boot rxTools.

that's why it wont boot, CtrBM uses the files used by the 3.0 version, not sure how to autoboot using that version but Im gonna look for a guide, should be somewhere around here

that makes sense would it be easier to upgrade to 3.0 or a nightly build?

ok I'm on 3.0 now but no dice when I use CTRbootMAn it just says booting rxTools and stays frozen
