I then emailed again to get a refund. Awaiting for a response...

Yeah i feel like some of the responses are automatic, and it comes from a weird E-Mail though. Once you mention the word "refund" the Emails wont be so happy sounding.

What's the real difference between CFW and sky3ds+? Is it : You can play the newest incoming games with sky3ds+, not in CFW?

As far as I have read, with CFW you can run CIA files, like eshop games installed directly to your SD card meaning you can also play online without the need of private headers or worry about bans.

Also you can update the emunand on the SD card to enter the eshop. The big difference is running eshop only games and not worrying about bans.

You can still get banned if i remember that correctly.
The difference is truly that you don't have to fork over 90 dollars for a cart when CFW is free.
Some games on Sky3DS+ Can't be played while if you install it through the CIA it will work.

Yes, You can. You can get banned if you go Online like Pokemon or Smash Bros with a Public header.
This is what i heard but i am also seeing that cia's use your consoles private header as well. ive been playing Animal Crossing New Leaf, Pokemon, and Smash online. Not banned yet.

That is what I read. That is safer and you can go online with them. I'm into creating emunand now. Then rxtools.

Ignore this. NOBODY has ever been banned using CIAs. CIA files have no header and use the console's ID as a header. You can only be banned using Sky or Gateway with a public header.

I saw the post about people getting banned back in February 2015 and they said that they were using CIA's aswell. So thats where i got it from.

I'm pretty Much ditching my 2DS now, Gonna go to ebay and get a 3DS XL (no money for a N3ds) This tiny 2DS is.. Pathetic. I like it, I like the quality, i love it in fact but its just... I want to feel normal. lol. Sorry for the confusion about the CIA banning
