Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Still trying to quit super smash bros without that constant freeze. trying to hold some buttons but does not work. any help? (dont wanna delete menuhax)

To be honest I thought the same - however I can repeat this with some regularity. It's not every time, but it's something like 1 in 4.

I feel like all of these methods are just snake oil, and all you can do is just keep retrying.

There's one thing that seems to be true though - FBI works better in O3DS than in N3DS. But we don't have to forget that this app is really buggy, so that methods questionable.

You just have to insert your SD card in your computer and delete it.

Oh, absolutely. O3DS works nearly every time, but I gave mine to my brother so that's out of the question.

You just have to insert your SD card in your computer and delete it.

No I mean from the system itself. I have heard things like not being able to delete from system settings. But then again I could be very mistaken.

Been refining the process - easiest way to do it is to insert a game as soon as you go to load FBI.

Cool this worked the first time for me! probably still snake oil. I had been trying for a couple hours though...

@Crimsonova Oh sorry, I misunderstand you. If you want to delete the game that you have installed it's possible to do it from system settings.

No, they wouldn't work. Only dumps of games that have come bundled with systems.

Rxtools is too hard =( can I just use official FBI for 100 percent success rate for legit CIA without emunand or CFW.

Boot HBL with MenuHax (latest from smea website)
Boot FBI (link from OP)
Loads and always gets frozen on the screen with Done at the bottom.

Tried a fre tricks with loading a app first then quit or putting a cart in/out when it loads.
Just seems like I'm having bad luck.

But with this installer it would still fail. And why would you want to install cias of digital games you already own on the same system?
