Downgraded to 9.2.0-20E using cias from "that iso site"
Entrypoint: Ninjhax 2.5
Used julian20's latest sysUpdate and worked after 4th try, even restarted itself correctly!
Plus, I didn't need to format anything and system tools/eshop both here.

Sucessful install from 9.5U to 9.2U on a o3DS. Only issue is that booting the system with the SD card installed will lock up. Removed and it works fine. I'm guessing I should remove MenuHax somehow to fix this and move to a different exploit right?

Do you have another 3ds? Maybe you could send it for repair by lying to nintendo by saying it was a bad update.

I've never really get into the 3DS scene since my 3DS always been on recent update. But I get into it when Smealum release the Ironhax (on 10.3) and now that I have downgrade my 3DS on 9.2.0-20 I was wondering which CFW should I install.

but did you brick using the sysUpdater posted on the first post? or the other build they posted around page 96-99?

Another successful attempt to report in here.

10.1U Majora's Mask N3DS XL
Upgraded to 10.3U
Downgraded using the SUlib compiled SysUpdater Julian provided in this topic.
System installed all cia's properly, and properly rebooted in 10 seconds. Now the system is on 9.2.20U.

To any one still having issues, my advice would be to just keep trying despite it seeming random or not working. I must have retried through menuhax at least 80 times. It ranged from step 5, to 7, to 8, and even made it through the options and froze, so pressing Y did nothing. The third time it finally made it to the options, I pressed Y, waited, and about 2 minutes later suddenly it worked.

I don't have the question mark at the end of the SHA-1 checksum for the cia zip file. Everything else is correct. Is that normal?

No, I don't have another 3DS but in argentina we don't have nintendo services so I think that unless I can send it to someone else in another country (I don't know anyone outside Argentina), I will buy another one in the future
