I've done those very same things before you posted that of course, I just meant I'm at the same spot as you were since we did exactly the same.

Did you enter homebrew through menuhax when it worked or browserhax?

answer to that question is in my post which points out that you didn't read it properly (because you would know what i did)

Try my thing for real from A to Z and post if it worked for you.

Usually small things can lead to different outcomes. Did you even use TeraCopy to ensure everything is coppied correctly ? Euro n3dS ?

OP is now updated so that the download link leads to julian's build rather than the older, more unstable build.
The instructions aren't and shouldn't be any different.

Can anyone tell me why browserhax wont work now that I am back down to 9.2? Is there another free option besides browserhax?

Ditto , browserhax doesn't work for me ; whenever I scan the QR code it opens up the browser , and makes a "loading-noise" , but it just stays there , even after refreshing it won't do anything

Successfully downgraded my N3ds using Julian's version of sysupdater that was posted in this thread.
Original FW: 10.3
Entrypoint: Menuhax
Hax: 2.5 beta
Tries: About 20
Advice: Make sure you use Julian's version of sysupdater. Make sure your CIA bundle is correct. Stay Determined ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

So what you're saying is that a single rxtools.3dsx file inside a "root/3ds/rxtools/" folder would be enough? I'm completely new to this, so please excuse me for my stupid questions.

I'm here to report a successful downgrade on a US animal crossing n3ds. It only took me 2 tries to get the menu up on sysupdater. I made sure that the md5 of the cia zip matched the one I saw posted here, I used menuhax as the entry point, and I ran FTBrony and exited before running the app a second time.

no it didn't brick. The only ways I know of to brick it are overwrite your recovery or installation with invalid files, or corrupt it while it's in progress. You'll know when it's installing. That's just a check to see if it can read the CIAs.. just restart your system by holding power (maybe there's another way, but that's what worked for me) unless you can exit back ot homebrew
