It takes a lot of tries. Once you get the hang of it, it's really easy.

Not every single CIA from that game will be legit. You have to understand that.

Um, have you changed your .cia since you send the photo? If not, I can tell that isn't legit because of that "DESCRIPTION_INVALID_SIGNATURE".

Unless you REALLY want CFW, I would highly recommend against downgrading. There's the potential for it to come to 10.3 some time in the future.

Nope, it has to be signed by Nintendo. It won't work. Also, the .cia is 2.66GB, and installed on the 3DS it's 20,806 blocks.
