It's like the mates said. Try to disable the wifi and just wait to the "done!" screen. Then use the d-pad to go to the menú.

I have a question, if I play online with one of the legit cias installed, can i be banned?

I think this is mostly based on luck.
Maybe you have to smash the A button fast when the '''Done'' writing appears or I don't know... I installed AC last night and I had the same error but I pressed A only a few seconds after FBI started.

yes it is safe, cia's don't use headers

Playing with legit .cia's is indistinguishable from playing with legitimately bought games. It's fine, you can't get banned.

go to eshop, search for smash bros and look for the update. its like 3000 blocks though

I ran ftBrony and I pressed B. I went to FBI and it said something along with ''Done.''. I pressed the A button very fast and I got to the menu but... the menu is frozen. FBI is trolling me. >.>

For me it worked like this: wifi turned off, used ironhax as entrypoint then open ironhax installer exiting by pressing start and then going into fbi, it works almost everytime. I'm on a N3DSxl 10.3 and latest homebrew by smea
