Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Do you guys who have a black screen after downgrading have used FBI before to install legit cias on your sysnand ?

Did you try to boot your 3DS WITHOUT SD?
This removes any previous installed MenuHax and would solve the problem (in most cases), if you had MenuHax installed, in most cases this gives you black screens!

dragon balls z is one of them

you sure? the only legit cias are those games that came preinstalled on a 3ds/2ds console. i really cant remember a dragonball z bundle

I haven't downgraded my console yet, i'm just trying to figure out what cause the problem of black screens, maybe it's related to corrupted title file or I don't know. Please reply guys

Because that is on 9.6FW, the ones on the list from that Chaos site are all below 9.2

DBZ isn't a legit CIA for now
there's no way to dump a pre-installed game on sysnand higher then 9.2 (the DBZ bundle has a higher then 9.2 system)
Like said before, maybe if somebody who owns the pack downgrades his N3DS to 9.2 and then dumps his ticket.db and make a legit cia with funckyCIA / Decrypt9
But as long as no one does it or the cia floating around is from a cartridge, then it's not legit!

Use DLAN from Settings -> Data management. It's faster than FTP. But still, best is to just to open your N3DS and put the card into PC with USB adapter. And dude, it's typical + screwdriver... You can unscrew this even with knife.

I have used all the screwdrivers that found in my home and even knifes and I can't open the damn device. I think I'm so unlucky. I'll try to find more knifes or use the DLAN. Thanks!!

N3DS allows you to conect with your PC via network.

Yeah, I know. But it's still slower.
