Out of sheer desperation I decided to install 9.0 instead of 9.2
And that did not work either.
Anybody know why this is constantly failing on my 3ds and no one elses?

are you on hax 2.5 make sure using lasted 3ds x and using menu hax and go into ftb then go out then into downgrader

I'm on a 9.9.0-26 EU N3DS. Can anyone confirm that this should work for me? I don't want to brick my 3ds lol.

used menuhax? enough space on sd card? correct cia's? started another homebrew before launching sysupdater?

You aren't alone. I've done everything. Everything is 100% correct and I've been trying since yesterday. It always soft bricks when I install the cias

When I try to launch sysUpdater (the version Steveice10 uploaded on dropbox a few hours ago) it just stays on a black screen....
What's wrong there? Or do I have to try again until it works?
I'm on O3DS 9.9 EU using Ironhax if that matters.

I've tried different SD cards, redownloading the packages (and checking the checksums), trying different entry points, taking out the sd card, redownloading Sysupdater, etc. Nothing works.

Just no. It's not a one off thing, i've tried loads with different downloads.

That "cause is unknown" one scares me...
I think I'm gonna wait a few days for something more stable.
It's weird because they already gave me the candy and I need to sit and watch the candy "get better" before eating it. lol
