Yes, I can't quote it, but it appeared immediately after I've chosen any .cia present on SD Card. I assume it was a memchunk2 related problem.

Hey, when you installed Pokemon X and Omega Ruby, did you ever exit the app or did you install them during the same session?

I installed both of them during the same session. I've just finished installing Pokemon Omega Ruby, installing Pokemon X right now. I installed Super Mario 3D world on a different session.

How we can know if a cia is legit? FBI install only legit cia? So it won't install non-legit cia, i don't want to be banned xD

I'm going to try it on my n3ds, but I'm still a bit scared of using FBI, so here are my questions:

1. Are there any chances of brick?
   
   
2. If FBI frozes before or after showing "Done", should I press the power button or another one?
   
   
3. After successfully installing a .cia, how should I exit from FBI?

Can you install EUR CIAs onto an USA 3DS? I'd love to have Super Smash Bros on my 3DS, but I'm unsure if it'd work.

1. Like, a 0.001% chance..no one has reported a brick yet.

2. I held down the power button until it force shut down, then tried again until it worked.

3. Same as 2, just hold down the power button then turn it on [without loading menuhax if thats your entrypoint].

As far as I saw in this thread, you can indeed install EUR CIA on USA 3DS and vice versa, but the game will not show on your home menu. They can be started with HANS however. I did not test it myself however (JUST got it to finally boot and installing only one game, don't really care about checking out of region stuff)

Well i've tried FBI like 8 times and it always freeze, also when i've installed Majora's Mask, so i closed the 3ds by holding the power button and i haven't got any problem

Confirmed working on O3DS 9.9 USA.
I installed Mario Kart 7 after 30 or so tries with Menuhax.

- Sysnand: 10.0U
- Booted HBL with: MenuHax v2.1
- Homebrew Version: Original Smea
- How many tries before FBI worked: 5
- How many tries before Legit CIA installation worked: 100+
- Did it work: Yes

I lost count after 100. FBI itself loads just fine most of the time. I've tried all the methods talked about in this thread and the one that worked for me in the end was just booting into menuhax and running FBI. I'm sure that running a prior app before FBI can help, but all the other methods just seem to be the placebo effect taking place. Good luck to all who still haven't gotten lucky enough to finish installing your CIAs.
