Guys, here is what I do, I get to the Homebrew Launcher with IronHax, launch ftBRONY, force close with L + R + Down + B and then launch FBI. It works 1/10 for me and I am able to install legit CIAs on N3DS 10.3 without any problem. You MUST get to the "done" otherwise the exploit failed and you get "SUMMARY_WRONG_ARGUMENT" while installing a CIA.

I did it mch more than that. Try using different hax.

What app should I boot before FBI?

I heard FTP-3DS works well. But I think pretty much every app which allows you to exit it.

You must get a legitimate CIA, no every CIAs are legits.

Does FBI inteface works really slow ? (like 1-2 second lag moving up and down?).
I managed to get it working (got into menu after "Done" but compared to non exploit FBI it is really slow like something gone wrong or something)

try open a game and close it (in home menu before you open a hax) then after that open your hax and then fbi. That's how I did it.

No, that's really weird, it is always smooth for me.

I think the problem I have with it 3ds is because of the space of my sister's sdcard,it is 4gb
