I'm willing to take a risk. I have a 10.3 O3DS with a Nand backup. I'm going to download and install 9.2 on it. If it bricks, well I'll just send it to good old @hundshamer along with my N3DS if there isn't a safe downgrade by then.

How do you have a nand backup on 10.3 without a hardmod? Unless its an old backup and you upgraded.

If I were you I would try to install a legit cia first. It's much safer then downgrading

Someone managed to downgrade. But it's probably safer to hit your 3DS with a jackhammer and hope for a downgrade than use that without hardmod.
