You can install the homebrew launcher on your 3ds and launch your out-of-region game cards from there. There are a couple of ways to get the homebrew launcher working, but they either require a Cubic Ninja cartridge or a Zelda Ocarina of Time cartridge with a PowerSave. For you, I don't recommend either one of them, but there's a way to launch the homebrew launcher through the web browser. I'll try to find the guide for you. :)

We have a hacking and homebrew section on this forum (you might have already noticed); it might come in handy for you! :)

If only I could find the Browserhax thread. :(

The 3ds haa no hack. No nothing but wat my friend waa talking about does not excist?
I would visit the link that @Aqib Ali mentioned. It has all the necessary instructions to set up homemenuhax. It's a good method to use if you want to constantly enter the homebrew launcher all the time to load your out-of-region game cards.

She has old 3DS
Why are you even stalking me anyway?? :rofl2:

Sigh... I guess I'll check the guide again...

Okay, So I just realized it's step 9 you have to do.
