Maybe even captain falcon

We have no BFRES converter, and without that, we basically can't do anything with models that are not already in the game. The only one we know about is the one by Bean and Chadderz, but I don't think they are ever going to release it.

Doesn't Chadderz have an account here? Or am I thinking twitter or something?

I think the ISOU exploit is great and I very much respect the work that went into it but is there any word on Homebrew? I'm hoping that I just missed something and there's a release in conjunction with. I'm not initiating a Piracy vs. discussion but I honestly own the Wii U games that my family and I want to play. I have no problem supporting the worth it releases. I'm all for backing up the games that I legit own but I'm really looking forward to the Homebrew releases. Have I missed that discussion or thread?

You haven't missed anything. Hopefully there will be more homebrew apps/games when we have full access with IOSU, or as devs become more comfortable with the drawing functions. (I think dimok's next Loadiine release will greatly help with that)

Just want to quickly check, is there any chance that a 5.4.0 userland exploit will be released before the 25th? Kinda want to update now for Cloud and Splatoon stuff, but on the off chance that something is released before Christmas I'll never forgive myself, after/at Christmas I don't give a crap, I'm updating for XCX.

Loadiine =/= Using Cheats.
Loadiine =/= Online, too.

If IOSU access happen, then (as written in my earlier post) it would "only take" (minus the security checks) some memory editing to remap the location of the bluray drive in the underlying file system to some folder in the file system that contains a dumped game.
One would no longer have to trick the game into believing it loads one game/program (with SD card access) and then load another, as Loadiine does right now (in order to get SD access). That would make going online easier/possible.

Online play on a jailbroken console will be prone to cheats (with Loadiine or some other tool).

I actually do not know though, why Loadiine cannot be run concurrently with TCPGecko or some other memory editing tool. Why is that the case?

Word on the street is there will be an IOSU Christmas present on the 24th for up to 5.3.2. If emuNAND is made and then IOSU is ported up to 5.4.0 and 5.5.0, I don't see any reason to hold the Kernel Exploits back at that point.

I'm 85% sure that that was just a rumor

5.4 already has a public kernel exploit (the 5.3.2 one), what we need is a userland exploit (aka browser exploit)

Alright, fine. Replace Kernel with Userland for 5.4.0 and re-read what I said :P

There is an existing kernel exploit for 5.5.0 and userland exploit for 5.4.0. They are just private. I'm saying there's no need to keep them private if we have emuNAND.
