and yes it will work with this i still use my ak2i in my 2ds . . . in fact i just played it today

When I unlink nands, I would need to install this via Pasta into sysnand directly, right? And then run the ds flashcard in sysnand?any confirmation that it even works on n3ds?

breaking/downgrading/(removing?) the whitelist is safe, don't worry
with fbi we can delete system titles so this is reversible.

I use rxtools 2.5.2 devmode to install some applications. Do I need to use devmode for this cia to?

sure ok, if you need to boot into devmode to install stuff, yeah you will need to use your devmode it to install this (or anything)
remember to install in sysnand not emunand (since it is useless in emunand) - actually i think i read rxtools may now support ds games in emunand... read more about it in the rxtools thread

Sooo you dont really know what devmode actually is? And I have never seen something like supporting ds games. Maybe Ill should check that out!

I sent this to gamesquest1, and got him to confirm that it works, he tried with the gateway blue card on 9.4 (sysnand). He even made a nice little video because there are always people who doubt.

No, of course not. You cannot install cias on FW above 9.2

i guess it could be done in real time, but most hax break ds playing anyway i think.
why don't you just install it? or you mean you can't because you are above 9.2?

only cards that worked on the 3DS "at some point" are able to be "unblocked"

yeah the whitlist blocker me and cearp were using was not simply downgrading the whitelist (like gateway do), but basically stubbing it and leaving the version number at max, meaning system updates didn't even remove it......so i installed on 9.2, then updated to 9.4 to verify that it would persist through updates (not that anyone would really want to do that i did downgrade afterwards via hardmod)

i doubt it, the whitelist is a externally loaded file, (i.e its not the title being launched so hans doesn't get its "hands" on it *bad dum tsh!*)......i guess if there was a way to launch TWL_FIRM via hans you might be able to mod that and force it not to load the white list, but i don't think anything like that would really be possible
