Too lazy to figure out the rest. Got the most important ones, I figure. Golden Seed has been nerfed to only 3 levels-up, but the Golden Banana took its spot at 5 levels. Also, I'm not certain what modifies how many uses a Wand or Throwing Item has. Might work on it eventually. You might need to have an item in the slot to modify it. Haven't tested with an empty storage.
HUGE WARNING: While messing around with the values, I was completely locked out of my game (won't get past loading screen), even though I only messed with RAM and didn't save. So I recommend backing up your save, just in case.
EDIT2: Okay, so the item modifier works but you have to remove the items from Storage into your Bag in order to prevent the game from soft-locking. So, I recommend setting the amount of the item to the amount you can hold in your Bag, removing them from Storage, saving then resetting, and then deposit them back. You can later find what slot the item now occupies and update the item value using the YY part of the code.
