Hacking What games contain 5.3.2 update.... HELP!!

I have sold my 5.5.0 Wii u and managed to buy a 4.1.0 E console.

Now, the question is, HOW DO I UPDATE IT!!!

I understand most of you guys will say, Check the forum... Its been posted before..

But searching these forums (I only trust you guys), I couldn't find a definite answer to this query.

I have found three games that claim to have the update;
• Yoshi's Woolly World (probably just on EU region)
• Mario Party 10
• Splatoon

Are these the only games that contain the update?

Also, is there a way to maybe update via SD/USB?

Discs are the only way.

find a relative/friend with the game, or buy it and then just sell it on once your updated if none of the games in the list take your fancy

Advantages of updating to 4.1.0 or 5.0.0:

• Have the most reliable Kernel Exploit
• IOSU Exploit may be released on these first
• Can use TCP Gecko and Cafiine
• naehrwert IOSU Exploit soon™

Can anyone explain how these are important to 4.1.0?

As everyone can tell.... Im a noob in Wiiu hacking..
Not so much in other devices ( X360,PS3,Wii,PsVita ETC..)

well basically if you can live without a backup loader or online there is the possibility of a IOSU exploit coming out sooner than for 5.3.2 users....at which point people will probably start crying pulling names out of hats complaining that X told them to update and now they cant use the IOSU exploit .........then again it might just be that a IOSU exploit for 4.x-5.x gets released at the same time and you waited for nothing...pick your poison

while on 4.x you can still use cheats and modify games....and who knows maybe at some point loadiine might be ported down to 4.x, but atm most people re just going to 5.3.2

Ok.. i will just hold onto my 4.1.0 console.. I have my 3ds for my smash cravings..

Even though OP said he decided against updating, I wanna mention that the cheapest way aside from borrowing a game from a friend or buying a used game and returning it would be to rent it for one day.

Splatoon, Mario Party 10, and Yoshi's Woolly World.

I recommend buying Splatoon to update your console to 5.3.2 and then get a firmware spoofer and then play Splatoon, because it's a fun game.

I've obtained a copy of Mario party 10.. I am from EUR... has there ever been reprint on the disks?

I'm going to take the plunge in updating my console.. surely.. if i have no wireless networks setup on my WiiU, it wont update past 5.3.2? unless i use another game containing 5.3.2... right?

I would just update to 5.3.2FW to be honest with you and enjoy it. Hykem & others did mention in the other thread that there will be IOSU access for 5.3.2 so do it I say, no need to have a wiiu sitting on 4x its just a waste! in my opinion anyway.

Im about to block updates on my wii u... ive opted for TubeHax.. due to my router not allowing url filtering and mac filtering.
