Is there any way to change my trainer's name on the 3DS Pokemon games? Without restarting, of course.

Probably with some Hex editing, but for that you'd need Homebrew Menu to access the save file from computer.
EDIT: Had no idea it worked with pkhex, but you still would need Homebrew Menu to extract your save.

Extract your save with any extractor know and use pkhex go to the trainer info tab and chage you name, save it and insert it back in you game
