Homebrew Just got cubic ninja! Need advice.

How should I proceed?

N3DS 10.1.0-27U

I first installed the Homebrew Launcher through tubehax (thanks to google or whoever for taking their sweet time fixing that), then switched to browserhax. When browserhax fell I was able to use it one last time to get themehax/menuhax installed. Afterward I upgraded the HBL and my hax to hax 2.5 (HANS is my new God, replacing Sanic Dolph Lundgren.)

Now I have my hands on Cubic Ninja, and I don't know how to proceed. My instinct says install ninjhax 2.5 now but I wanted to make sure. Also can I actually play Cubic Ninja?

Sure. You can still play too, just install Ninjhax 2.5 FIRST.

After installing Ninjahax 2.x, go ahead install themehax. Then you are free to delete the (hax) save data on the Cubic Ninja cartridge to play the game.

Thanks everyone, now have ninjhax and themehax. I'm gonna avoid updating still for a little bit (browserhax being disabled made me panic buy Cubic Ninja, so I need time to calm myself).

Will be enjoying less lag on 3DS titles and playing Chrono Trigger until I decide to research 10.2

You actually can't play Cubic Ninja with ninjhax installed, since it breaks certain parts of the game! Don't really know why you want to play it though. That game sucks.

After you install themehax, you can delete the save and play CN as normal. If you put it into perspective that Cubic is $5-$10 game at one time (not counting the money you pay for a reliable hax), it is a very decent game for that amount.

I forgot you could uninstall and use themehax

I still think that Cubic Ninja is a bad game, regardless of the price. No offence to the fans of that game.

I got mine for 36 bucks (GameStop actually sells it 10 bucks cheaper, but the closest GameStop with a copy was 50 miles away.)

I played a level or two of cubic ninja, not a terrible game, just definitely an early 3DS title.
Do you think Ubisoft still catches stink eyes from Nintendo over publishing this game? I mean, wouldn't it be Ubisofts job to do some Quality Assurance, check the game for exploits?

Don't know how software/game design company work.But Ubisoft has been bringing Nintendo money for years. When Nintendo Saw that the exploit on Cubic Ninja may cause serious issue, they already did the damage control part.

Don't know whether this is a coincidence, but ever since the first ninjhax, the 3DS scene seems to be very lively. I read that the N3DS was the best selling gaming console a few months back! Let's remember, there was a time 3DS console had a bad sale number. Costco did a clearance and stopped selling 3DS console altogether (at least in US or where I live)during this time if I am not mistaken.

We can now install CFW on N3DS 9.0-9.2 with just the console (no additional game,hardware required) via Browserhax. Nintendo themselves couldn't make their console secured, why blamed the software/game designing company partner.

IMO Nintendo target cheaphax (Cubic Ninja when they was cheap) and freehax. There are many lazy people out there whom don't want to pay crazy price for a game they don't want to play, and spend time learning to use that game to enable hax. Therefore, Nintendo wants to hike the hackable game price, and kill free hax so that many people never want to look into homebrew scene. That will help their sale.The hax was there so it keep people interested.
