ROM Hack Need help with modifying DSiWare

Uh, hi. Haven't been on here in a while. I couldn't seem to find a proper place for this, so sorry if it isn't in the correct place.

I need some help with hacking/modifying DSiWare. It seems to be encrypted in ways that people haven't figured out to decrypt yet. Is there any way where I can decrypt the game's files?

By the way, I don't want to do anything major. I just want to make the game(Bomberman Blitz and Mario vs. Donkey Kong March of the Minis) use http:// instead of https:// , so it can be used on Wiimmfi, a custom server replacement for Nintendo WFC.

Use the srl_extract tool on certain .bin files on your SD card (apps you've moved there) to get decrypted DSiWare dumps. You can open those like normal DS games, I think.

If we could modify the DSiware,we could trasfer all the dsi games we want to our 3ds?

You would need to pack them into .CIAs, or so I've heard. And then install them onto your 3DS (this requires homebrew).
The actual .srl files don't need to be modified.

Or if you don't mind losing the software from your DSi, you can use an official application to transfer all your DSiWare to 3DS (but you will lose your saves).

No idea, but I think there are tutorials and downloads for already packed ones that can be found on google.

srl_extract to convert the .bin to nds, and DSLazy to unpack the .nds.
