Of course we have access to it. That's how hax homebrew becomes executable.
I meant that rhetorically. As in I know that already XP
As in: Since gspwn is usable the whole time, then that doesn't explain the lack of dynamic recompilation 9.3+

It's not the easiest thing to implement. It needs the dynarec core modified to use it. Libretro is working on it.

Okay. I asked @shinyquagsire23 via PM if he could explain it better to me since even he didn't think it was possible to use it without ARM11 Kernel since he made Dynarec on Citragb of course. :P
 
Even that would probably work on emunand.
But n3DS users can't update emuNAND past 9.5...

Actually he said it might be possible via gspwn in that thread.
