ROM Hack How can I hack Pokemon Flawless Platinum using AR codes?

I want to hack my Pokemon Flawless Platinum on the DS but the problem is that though I save the file on usrcheat.dat on the cheat code editor,the cheat never shows up in the cheats list on the R4.
Why is this happening? I want the 999 All medicines code to work.
I am using an R4 sdhc dual core.

You have to save the code with the correct game ID/checksum, as ROM hacks have a different checksum the cheats for regular Platinum won't show up with the romhack unless you change the checksum to the ROM hack one.
