So they work as the defaults but not when trying to map say A on the Pro Controller to LB? May sound dumb, but did you hit the Apply button? Or close out of the window?

I will make sure to update to the latest version for the next release. But if it's not working now you would have to revert the version of vJoy or wait it out.
Personally I think they shouldn't have versioned it from 2.0.2 to 2.0.5 if it isn't backwards compatible.

Hi! Sorry for asking, but...

Have you seen libdrc.org? Is there any possibility to add game video streaming to the gamepad? Like off-screen for windows on the gamepad!

As far as we currently know, Toshiba's stack is the only one that stays properly connected for extended periods of time. But it shouldn't interfere with SCP drivers, I've had them both installed at the same time (I think).

Do you plan on updating WiinUSoft to support Windows 10? At the moment it seems to crash when refreshing devices if a controller is already connected on Bluetooth.

Yeah I've seen it. I have done some mild experimenting with streaming to the gamepad and some theorizing on what might work but there is nothing concrete right now.

Do you think you'll ever be able to cut the reliance on the Toshiba stack? I'm afraid it will screw up my PS3 controllers I use via SCP.
There is only one thing that I've seen that might break us away from having to use the Toshiba stack but it is an expensive investment. I might run a little campaign for it one of these days but I would like to be sure it would work.

Yup, I'm going to try and do it before it releases.

Hello,

I've been trying for a couple of days now and haven't been having any success with this.

I download the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, installed it - note that I apparently didn't have to do the .inf "switch" trick since my adapter seems to be supported by it.

But whenever I try to pair my Wii U Pro Controller with it I get a "Registration Failed" message. Anyone got this message and know how to solve it?

Is there any release date for the next version?
I'm waiting for a bugfix to be able to use it on Windows 10 because it's crashing all the time, can't even launch the program.

Have you tried using WiinuSoft? The dev is actively answering questions there if you want to ask him. I believe he has plans for fixing it on windows 10.

I haven't seen this message before so unfortunately I don't have any suggestions.

I'm working on it. I just got Visual Studio installed in VMWare on Windows 10 preview but it failed to start, so I'm looking into that.

Probably, I'm sure there is virtual joystick software for linux that could be interfaced with.
Please try looking into this, Wine refuses to run/install some of the needed software (vJoy, TBS) and all xwiimote is a complete pain to get to work and even then it can be really hacky. edit: there's https://github.com/Ryochan7/antimicro

So it looks like I won't be able to debug the Windows 10 issue since I'm currently stuck on build 10074 and it doesn't give me any updates and MS has removed the Insider Preview build downloads since they are so close to release. I think the issue is related to the Dark Souls fix. Thankfully the release is on Wednesday but for now I will bypass the Souls fix if running on Windows 10.

Also, thanks for the link Monado_III.

Trying to get Toshiba BT Stack working on non-Toshiba Windows 10 PC with onboard bluetooth. Followed steps outlined across the net, but it never gets past 'Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click OK button', steps utilized are as follows:

1) Disable automatic updates, by disabling driver signature verification - through navigating to PC settings, to the recovery tab, clicking Advanced Startup - PC restarts and by clicking F7 signature verification is turned off, and system reboots.

2) In device manager, locate Bluetooth - under which I have the following listed - Generic BT Adapter, Microsoft BT Enumerator, Microsoft BT LE Enumerator. As per instruction I find the Generic BT Adapter's ID and copy it for later insertion. I then uninstall the Generic BT Adapter.

3) I start the Toshiba BT Stack setup, and after reaching approximately 25% it presents a dialogue - "Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click OK button". At this step I navigate to the Toshiba folder on my Drive, then to the Toshiba BT Stack, then the Drivers, and the specific folder "tosrfusb" and copy the file "tosrfusb" - inf file - to my desktop.

4) I open the copied file insert three strings in specific locations - at the end of the tosrfusb bus pnp IDs I added '%TosrfUsb.DeviceDesc175%=TosrfUsb_Device, USB\VID_0489&PID_E092' in accordance to the previously copied Generic ID, and the IDs sequential number. The same string was appended to the '[Standard.NTamd64]' list. The last string added was the following - ''TosrfUsb.DeviceDesc175 = 'Acer OnBoard Bluetooth'", to the very end of the file.

5) I then replace "tosrfusb" - inf file inside the Driver's tosrfusb directory with the newly modified one on my desktop, and proceed to click 'OK' on the dialogue provided by the Toshiba BT Stack setup.

At this stage, everything should work out, though it doesn't, instead I'm continuously greeted by the same dialogue over and over again.

Please help, really want to use my Wii U Pro to play PC games....

Having a similar problem to mrgames above. Everything was running perfectly on windows 7, but as of my upgrade to windows 10 I can't get the damn toshiba stack to install. I'm using a belkin F8T016 dongle, not supported by the toshiba stack officially, but the tosrfusb editing worked on windows 7 to get it installed. One thing I notice is that the generic windows driver seems to reinstall itself damn near instantly, and I think the toshiba installer isn't having a chance to see it. I've disabled the automatic update setting, checked the box to delete the driver in device manager when I had the option to do so initially(the generic adapter doesn't have the option of deleting the driver), and I've disabled all the windows bluetooth services in services.msc . Is there an extra step I'm missing on windows 10 that isn't needed on 7?

Is mouse emulation possible with this software? If not, is it something that could be implemented in the future?

I would love to play Hearthstone with the Wii U Pro Controller on my couch :P

Yes with WiinUPro, no with Wiinusoft.
I'm currently working on the v1.0 release for WiinUPro.

Follow the tutorial on WiinUPro.com for installing the Toshiba Bluetooth stack.

So if I understood that right, it is not currently possible, but it should be possible in the future with WiinUPro? :)
I am currently using a work-a-round by combining WiinuSoft with JoyToKey to get the mouse emulation, but it would be great if I could do it with just one program.

Either way, both of these softwares are excellent!

If you want to combine XInput/Xbox 360 inputs with mouse inputs then yeah you won't be able to do that until I finish the WiinUPro release. If you want only mouse & keyboard then you can use the WiinUPro Beta which lacks 360 input emulation.
Thanks, I hope you are looking forward to the v1.0 release.
