I used an old fios router to create a local server that's completely disconnected from the internet. I can access the Mongoose address from my phone, but when using the 3DS browser, I get this message: "The Internet browser cannot be used at this time. Please check your network environment or try again later." Will this happen on the Wii U? The normal internet works fine on my 3DS.

Make sure you're entering the port address at the end (Default is 8080): 192.168.1.xxx:8080 - it will throw up an error otherwise.

If that's not the issue then I don't know - the Mongoose server works fine on my 3DS. Try resetting the server? Poor wi-fi signal?

Works now, thanks! Pretty sure I did that before - I think this is what I did wrong:

When doing a connection test, it gave an error since it's not connected to the internet. This time when I did it I went to manual settings and then save without testing.
