Pretty much brand new. I've had it for less than a month and decided to buy a 3DS XL with lower firmware so that I could use CIAs instead. I am looking for someone in the Greensboro, NC area to pick it up or anyone in the surrounding areas who is willing to drive to pick it up. I would ship it, but I want cash. Unless you wanted to send a Moneygram or something through Walmart, but you would have to be a very trusting individual lol.
