Gaming Gaming on IMac?

I was just going to buy an IMac. Specs below:

Intel Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
320 GB Hard Drive
20 inch display with 1920x1280 resolution
Graphics Card was good I dont remember sorry
2 GB RAM

Can I play such games as CS:GO, LoL and NFSW with med graphics and no-lag?

A Core 2 Duo and what will likely be low end graphics, and 2GB of RAM.

CS:GO might run on minimum graphics, no higher. I can't speak of lag for this game because I don't know it, but it does meet the minimum specs.
LoL might run on minimum graphics with lag. To quote the first google result, "4GB of RAM is strongly recommended". Otherwise, it does meet the minimum specs.
NFSW it meets the recommended specs, so you should be able to run it on medium. Edit: Reading a tiny bit more into it, it seems there's a lot of people (80%) having problems getting it running on mac. It might just need patching, or it might be that the integrated graphics don't take well to this game.

How much does the iMac cost? I bet you could build your own gaming PC with better specs for less money.

Please listen to this a lot of games also don't work on mac you should prolly think of getting a windows pc for the same amount of money

If you're dead set on a mac, at least shell out a bit more for better specs. It sounds like you're buying one of the 2009 iMacs, and trust me, you don't want anything to do with them if you want to even do anything. I'm in a broadcasting class where pretty much half of the macs are from late 2009, and they're the worst things that I've ever had the displeasure to use, I can't even fathom how we managed to get things done on time with how slow and unresponsive they got to be.

Build a hackintosh instead, unless you already own that machine

The pros of this are that you can easily dual-boot OSX and Windows, that will solve all of your problems. If you want it to look like a Mac then just buy one of the fancy Apple retina monitors and hide the tower
