Also, QuickNES has a weird bug where it will freeze after loading four games in one play session, and the display seems to be cropped on the left and right sides (most prominent in Castlevania). (disregard that, I totally missed out on the overscan option as other members were kind enough to point out) Other than that, it's your best bet for NES emulation on o3DS.

Really? I haven't experienced that, that's odd. I'll give it a try later when my 3DS is fully charged.

Really? I don't get that. Do you have overscan on?

you can disable the crop overscan video option to get it to display the full frame. you need to restart the game for the option to take effect.

Is there a way to get the palette changer to work on gameyob with the gbc bios? It will let me change the color at the gameboy logo but when it loads a game it doesn't show it

You are on the wrong thread, I guess! (But maybe another person can say something about to you!)

New 3DS, EmuNAND 9.5 using .cia.

Gave Resident Evil 2 a quick test in PCSX, played until the first save room. In-game is nearly perfect! Framerate hovers around 50-55fps but it doesn't feel noticably slower despite having frameskip set to 0, and the music is unaffected too (at least in terms of speed - the usual glitches occur). I assume is basically plays like the PAL version (which is unoptimised). The cutscenes nosedive down to 33fps and unfortunately the PlayStation version of the game doesn't let you skip them.

Overall though, I'm pleasently surprised by how well this runs! I'm really looking forward to seeing PCSX improve.

So yeah, Gambatte runs like a dream now. It only has a bit of a problem with some kind of audio notes it seems. This doesn't affect all games. Sound shits itself completely during a match in Mario Tennis for example while it's perfect on Wario Land 3. This doesn't seem to affect other cores though so I guess it's core specific.

QuickNES is full speed. No graphical glitches, but it's lacking certain mappers so stuff like Punch-Out and Kirby's Adventure doesn't work. For o3DS, BlargSNES is your only choice for SNES emulation.
Uhhh Kirby was the first game I tried on QuickNES, so pretty sure it works... Dunno about Punch-Out.

EDIT: Yeah, Punch-Out's a crash.

When the PS1emu topic came up several months ago,many people said no,there can‘t be one/decent one.
However I claimed if there is no try,no one will know what will happen.
retroarch psx on 3DS is a proof.It shows making a psx emulator on 3ds(at least new3ds)worths a try.

Wowee! Core input remapping options in gPSP, and you can finally turn off the bottom screen display!

A++++ Update would download again
