Hacking Gateway CIA's, where do my save files go?

I'd like to back them up on my pc, in what folder of Nintendo 3DS can I find them? I know that to edit them you need savedatafiler, but I just want to back them up. Thanks.

Just use SDF. They're encrypted and inside one of the many folders that exist inside the "Nintendo 3DS" folder on the root of the SD card.
So you can only backup the entire folder if you want but it's pointless anyway due to their encryption.
Only way to really backing them up is by using SDF (or any of the other save managers).
