Does the FBA you suggested have the CPS1 sf2ce Roms that work like the sf2m#.zip Files or sf2rb#.zip?

I've not tried SF2CE on my 3ds yet, but as you can see from the screenie, when searching 'street fighter' in the current romset it returns over 220 results!

No, that just means how many different Roms you have. Just means that SF2:CE is the 221st out of 8219 Roms

No, it's showing only roms with 'street fighter' in their name... 221 of them!

The 3dsx version always freezes loading a rom. But Genesis Plus GX works so meh.

If I remember correctly, didn't an earlier build of Picodrive load roms properly as a 3dsx?

What are you testing with? a good test candidate is MGS, start on disk 2, select start new game and then switch to disk 1.

Nope. Never worked as a 3dsx.

NXengine works at 59~60FPS for Cave Story. It only slows down for a couple seconds when you save/load a file. Other than that it works perfectly.

Same with Fear Effect. Locks up after it says "Closed virtual disk tray"
Ran Disk 2, went for New Game, it said Insert Disk 1.
