sorry meant ot type regarding update blocking i reset my router since it was acting up
using linksys parental controls so i can block 8 urls

If you reset the router (that would have defaulted the settings, causing the URLS to be removed and then making the WiiU update). If you meant reset as in just powered off and on, then that would be another issue elsewhere.

You don't necessary need the IP numbers, they are there as additional cover. Go to portforward.com for help on you're router.
