Are you using some kind of adaptor? Like, a MicroSD-to-SD or MicroSD-to-USB? Because those are extremely fragile and break all the time - I've gone through four or five adaptors!

I use a Sandisk MSD to SD adaptor and it works great. I never take the MSD out of the adaptor that is - as my laptop has a built-in SD reader I really don't have a need to.

Here it is. Notice the Contacts on the Card though. Scratched up from going back and forth. I always make sure the Item I get has no BS in the Reviews. Only go to Amazon, or I go to a Electronics Store like Frys

Odd, it looks like a real card. I would suggest running H2Test (link below) on it to verify however. The gold alloy contacts should NOT rub off. Only electrolysis plated contacts will rub off which is what fakes often use. Alloy contacts with a high nickle contact will simply dent slightly.

EDIT: Bottom two cards in picture are fake. Note the "Damage" to the contacts. This is not normal. Fakes on Amazon/Ebay or in non chain shops are very common. Also for reference, Sandisk ONLY uses clamshell safety packaging or paper packaging. They do not use perforated packaging or packaging you have to cut open with scissors.

No, you can use mSD management without updating.

That's one of the issues of playing home console games on a portable console - especially old games, some of them are just meant to be played in one sitting, and as such don't feature save capabilities. Save states are supposed to fill that void. It's not a matter of whether or not you know how to play games, it's a matter of having the option to save my progress, close my console, and be able to come back and continue from where I left off.

No, you can use mSD management without updating.

So just connect to my Modem, run MSDM, Connect to it with my PC and I am good? Never used it before

Rapid Fire Button Options
Example: For those that used MVSPSP, you played wh2 or any other Games or Emus with Rapid Fire, in order to do a Move, you had to Rapidly Press a Button. Set it for one Button/s and set the Interval, and you are good to go. Press in Game, and it is like you are rapidly pressing it when you are just holding it.

Haven't it crossed your mind that's something wrong on your side? (...) I'm using an OG 3DS of course, 9.2 with .cia. I think somebody's been using ninjhax around here and reported fullspeeds as well.

Haven't it crossed your mind that i may be using ironhax on 10.1 wich means i'm using the 3dsx version? Bear in mind that people using .Cia are now the minority, and the results you get with them are not representative.

We're not testing on the same conditions and i'm not doing anything wrong, so stop that already.

Also, full speed means full speed, don't V-Rally seems to be one of those crazy pseudo-3D racing games me

Indeed. My gaming time at home is limited due to having a wife and baby so most of my gaming is on the train to and from work. Save states are a lifesaver.

I could play a game in one sitting back when I was 15 and lived at home with my parents. I don't have that luxury anymore.

If you want to save with gpsp，I will recommend to place a savefile under sd：/retroach/savefile first.

Is there any chance of adding support for the Circle Pad Pro (natively as ZL/ZR/C stick on a N3DS)?

Theres two buttons and a second stick currently unable to be used on my console in retroarch 3DS which seems a bit silly when they would be ideal for hotkeys and the like.

Other homebrew such as Gameyob support the extra buttons, for example.

I'm guessing about maybe 10-15 seconds. I'll try creating another new savestate and edit this post with further info

edit: yeah, i seem to be averaging about 7 seconds per new savestate, actually. @ric.

Just tried it, it was just me being an impatient little bitch. Sorry for the bother.
I did notice however, that the emulator slows down to 50~ish FPS after saving/loading a state. Does this happen to you too?
