ROM Hack Helping finding the source to SaveDataFiler.

I don't know if I should be posting here or in the Homebrew Development and Emulators section. I'm interesting in finding the source code to SaveDataFiler but so far, my google searches have returned nothing useful. Does anyone know who wrote it or where I can find the source code to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Oh, damn! Whoops. Did not know that! It explains a lot! Why it's so hard to find, why so many sites say they cannot store a download on their site, etc.

Thanks for the response. Do you or anyone else know if there's a solid open source SDK available for the 3DS yet? I've seen some .3DS files that I don't think are from the official leaked SDK, like 3ds extdata dump and restore tool, by MrCheeze I think.
