need to backup my android without root

i need to factory restore my phone, (and probably send it to warranty) but i wanted to backup the data on it..
it has a sd card slot, but currently its empty

i am still figuring out the android world... i wanted to backup everything possible including game data..


i was about to try titanium backup but it requires root, which i want to avoid so i don't deal with warranty issues\stuff...
any other good backup program? i would like to use the sd card or my pc for that..
and what data can i backup or that i will loose?
