Works flawlessly! Thank you! The themes function is awesome! I wonder how sharing themes is gonna work, though... :D
EDIT: Is there a theme editor? Is there a button to switch themes without editing config.xml?
EDIT2: Wanted to exit, just discovered!

Here's a quick photo of what I've been working on. It's not pretty (yet!) but I've got the icons for the HBL to display in a grid. The text information for the selected app is displayed on the top screen as you move through the icons. The next job is to get paging and touch working before working on the aesthetics.

Post the config like this:
Code:
theme data fancy xml data lalala
There should be a custom theme thread for hbmenu :P
There should be a theme installer in HBL. I'll create that thread right now! :D

Wow can't wait for this! Do you think you can implement a feature where you could drag and drop the icons to rearrange them or create folder like in the home menu? That would be awesome.

It's definitely possible. The first priority will be to replicate the original functionality which will mean all of the auto-scanned 3dsxs being displayed in paged grids. Once that is fully working and I've improved the appearance then I'll consider adding drag and drop rearranging of the icons.

Do you have a git respiratory for this?

By the way, currently 5 themes entries can be set in themes.xml, but there's really no reason to limit it to 5.

Theme 1 holds the default themes values, if anyone wants to use it as a base.

Theme 2 is something i wrapped up quickly, but i think the result is good enough.

Change themes in the reboot menu.

Note: you won't be able to switch themes if you extract and reinsert tje sd card.

Let's hope there are no bugs.

In config.xml set custom themes to 0 to disable theme support, but well, of there's no themes.xml default is used.
Yay! Trying out in a minute!

@suloku please tell me more about line 11 in config.xml!
1: hbl goes to last folder and hombrew at boot.
0: disabled, always boot to 3ds folder

The other values are just there to store the values needed for that feature.

@exelix11 could you take a look at this? I think you are the man for the job. :yay:
Sorry, i don't know if i can, tomorrow (14/09, now here it's 00:16 of sunday 13) i start school  , i'll have much less free time, and i'm still working on YATA+ and the game builder for RPG maker.
EDIT: looks like there are some XML functions in c# that would make easier the job, i can try, but i don't promise nothing.

btw,i like the project, it's possible to add a function to boot applications installed in the console like the home menu does on ninjhax 2 ?

Would someone please share their folders.xml and a config.xml files? I can't figure out how to set it up and want to use them as an example. Sorry for my noobness.

Please could someone tell me how to put apps on folders? I know there are instructions but I can't seem to understand them and it's really frustrating, Thanks in advance!
